Go Beyond the Bedside provides access to remote job listings through a subscription-based model, resume and career support services as one-time purchases, and limited community access for members. We do not guarantee job placement or employment outcomes.

a. Payment Processing: Payments are processed through Stripe and Chargebee on our behalf.
b. Automatic Renewal: Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before renewal.
c. Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
d. Refunds: All payments are final. We do not offer refunds or prorated credits for cancellations during a billing period.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. No refunds. Even if you cancel mid-cycle.
You agree not to misuse the Platform or engage in any activity that:
• Violates laws or regulations;
• Attempts to access or scrape data without authorization;
• Shares or sells login credentials;
• Harms, interferes with, or disrupts the Platform;
• Misrepresents your identity or professional background.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.

All content on the Platform including text, graphics, code, software, job listings, designs, and trademarks is owned or licensed by Go Beyond the Bedside LLC and protected by law. Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go Beyond the Bedside LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Go Beyond the Bedside LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Any dispute or claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Miami-Dade County, Florida, in English. Each party will bear its own costs. Class or collective actions are not permitted.
