Role Description This is a part-time, 1099 telehealth role for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, located in Millbury, MA. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive mental health assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities also include prescribing and managing medications, providing therapeutic interventions, monitoring progress, and educating patients. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications Proven expertise in Mental Health and substance use disordersSkills and experience in Psychiatric Care and therapeutic interventionsProfessional licensure and certification as a Nurse Practitioner, with a focus on mental healthStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare teamAdvanced problem-solving and critical thinking skillsMaster’s degree in Nursing or PMHNP certificationPrior experience in psychiatric care is preferredTelehealth experience preferred
